LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CNAs with Pediatric Nursing Experience!
We’re looking for PPEC Assistants who love kids to join our team, this is a full-time or part-time position that offers flexible scheduling. The hours of 6:00 am-6:00 pm are ideal to accommodate the various scheduling needs of patients and their families.
What You’ll Do
Our PPEC Assistants team engages with the children in our care through joyful stimulation through singing, activities, and play . The following functions describe the essential duties of this role. Individuals in this role may not perform all these duties or may perform additional duties not listed here.
- Assist the nurse in providing daily care according to the Plan of Care
- Promote an engaging classroom environment where children can learn and develop
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Participate as a vital member of our multidisciplinary team
- Assistance with changing, transferring, and repositioning children
- Assistance with meal preparation

Requirements:
– Valid FL Driver’s license
– 75 Credit Hours (HHA) Home Health Aide Certificate, or (CNA)Certified Nursing Assistant License
– Valid Automobile Insurance
-Must be able to pass a Level II background check
– Valid CPR and First Aid certification
– Required CEUs: The office will provide a list
– Knowledge and experience working with the pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
– Ability to provide required home care services according to the physician’s orders
– Knowledge of basic medical terminology
– Ability to complete tasks of your role in its entirety per company policy
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
– Ability to communicate, read, and write in the ENGLISH language
-Must be able to regularly lift and carry at least 50 lbs. safely
