Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join a pediatric care team in Kissimmee, FL. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekend shifts.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about providing attentive, hands-on care in a structured healthcare setting.
Responsibilities

Assist nurses with daily care activities according to individualized care plans

Support children with hygiene, diapering, repositioning, and safe transfers

Assist with meal preparation and feeding

Engage children in age-appropriate play and positive interaction

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment

Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support patient well-being
Required Qualifications

Active Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Valid Florida driver’s license

Active auto insurance

Ability to pass a Level II background screening

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
