Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled pediatric nursing care for medically complex patients in their homes throughout Osceola County.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy independent patient care and building meaningful relationships with families while delivering high-quality clinical care in the home setting.
Available Shifts (12-Hour)
We are staffing 24/7 care and currently hiring nurses for the following shifts:
Day Shift
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home setting
-
Administer medications (oral, enteral, subcutaneous, IV)
-
Perform tracheostomy care and suctioning
-
Manage tube feedings and oxygen therapy
-
Monitor seizure activity and neurological conditions
-
Provide wound care and post-surgical care
-
Assist with activities of daily living
-
Maintain accurate documentation and Medication Administration Records (MAR)
-
Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
-
Active Florida LPN license
-
Current CPR certification
-
Ability to pass Level II background screening
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong documentation and communication skills
