• LPNs: $26 – $31/hour

• RNs: $30 – $35/hour

Job Description

Under the Director of Nursing’s guidance, the RN or LPN promotes and restores the patient’s health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to the patient and family; and supervising assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct care during overnight shifts

• Monitor patient’s condition, safety, and comfort throughout the night

• Assist with mobility, turning, and repositioning

• Perform G-tube care and medication administration

• Support hygiene needs including incontinence care and bed changes

• Respond to medical needs promptly and professionally

• Document all care and observations accurately

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing

• Experience with g-tube care, repositioning, and overnight homecare

• Strong physical stamina required; must be able to safely lift and assist with 35 lbs or more, per Florida safe patient handling practices

• Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support)

• Must pass Level II background screening

• Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently in a homecare environment

Preferred Experience

• Working with medically complex adults

• Tracheostomy care (if applicable)

• Seizure observation

• Bed-bound or mobility-impaired patients

• Heavy transfer assistance and positioning
